REBECCA AND ADAM WEDDING PART 1, EDMONTON

Rebecca and Adam had a dream for their wedding – to host a local celebration for all of their friends and family, and then to take the party on the road and celebrate across the pond with Rebecca’s extended family in England. It was a grand dream wedding, and I was lucky enough to be invited to help document their events.

BEAUTIFUL UKRAINIAN WEDDING CEREMONY

First up is their Edmonton ceremony. In keeping with Adam’s Ukrainian heritage, they held the wedding ceremony at the beautiful St. Basil’s Ukrainian Catholic Church. It was a lovely ceremony, a lovely day in fact, and all the more so because of the warmth from their family and friends. After several stops around Edmonton for the wedding photos, including a few drinks at the Hotel MacDonald, the party convened back at St. Basil’s and roared into the night. Guests were treated with some spectacular Ukrainian dance performances, and I can safely say that everyone had the best time.
