ENGAGEMENT SESSION, GRAND FORKS BC
You meet a lot of people in your travels, and sometimes you just know you you would have been great friends had your paths crossed sooner. I’ve felt that often, actually. And I felt that again with Jen and Mike. We had shared interests, we three, but enjoyed talking about are differences too. Which is fun for me – I love hearing other people’s stories.
This time, I met them in their home town of Grand Forks, BC. I happened to be travelling close by. They agreed to show me around their property, their home, the beautiful countryside they lived in. It truly was beautiful. Our evening was spent dodging the rain as we explored and chased the fleeting sunshine. The engagement photos we created hold so many special memories – which is what I love about photography. Each time I look at them I’m reminded of the great conversation, the laughs and the time shared.
I’m so grateful to have met you both.
This session is the first of a 2 part post. The photos included here are from our more typical engagement session. But the next day, we went out again and took some more documentary photos of them, a more typical day in the life session. Both turned out great. I hope you enjoy them.
